Bangalore : Hearing of 16 MLAs Disqualification Plea Adjourned to Oct 18

Bangalore, Oct 12: The Karntaka high court on Tuesday adjourned to October 18 the hearing on the plea filed by 16 members of legislative assembly against their disqualification by Speaker KG Bopaiah on Monday.

The division bench comprising Chief Justice Kehar and Justice N Kumar, while refusing to grant an interim order to stay the Speaker’s directive, said that the arguments by both sides would commence on Monday.

The counsel for the MLAs had repeatedly requested a stay of the order, but the bench refused to grant a stay and stated that it would dispose off the petition later as it would require discussions on various legal points.

one BJP state single handedly handling various enemies from four directions.all the attempts of congress and JDS going out of control.first time i am feeling happy that BJP able save the honour of Hindustan .they are able save India from corrupt congress.namma swabhimanada rakshane thumba mukhya adu BJP sarkaradinda maatra saadhya.one simple example of congress spoiling india is IPL .IPL dismissed Lalit on grounds of irregularity in biddings.there was irregularity in kochi franchise bidding and allotment and their structure .this is why lalit modi exposed it and all the problem started and ended with his dismissal.but now the so called ggod council who take care of regularuty given clean chit to kochi franchisee and terminated two IPL Franchises.this is very much clear that the congress influence/play is behind this.

High court too wants to see the outcome of 14th Oct. trust vote. Actually high court should have given its judgment today itself, so that 14th trust vote could be decided based on their judgment to make out actual no required for majority.
