Dubai : Katapadi Konkans to Celebrate Fifth Anniversary on Nov 5

Dubai, Oct 13: Katapadi  Konkans, an association of parishioners of St Vincent De Paul Church, Katapadi, residing in UAE, will celebrate its fifth anniversary on  Friday November 5. The venue will be the pool side at Dubai Grand Hotel, Al Ghusais – Dubai.


The event, which will begin at 11.30 am and last until 6.30 pm, will have special guests coming all the way from Katapadi. Eminent multi-lingual writer and poetess Catherine Rodrigues and parish priest Fr Ronald Fernandes will be the guests of honour. Rodrigues will be felicitated for her dedicated service to society.

Skits in Konkani and Tulu, group dances, songs by Shylan Band, Dubai, Baila dances, savoury food will be the highlights of the day
