Bangalore, Oct 19: How to be successful in life? Perhaps by starting off as an entrepreneur or a businessman - facing all trials, tribulations and challenges - and thereby become one’s own boss and even employing many starry-eyed youngsters or by working for somebody else subject to the normal grind of a workman’s life as an ordinary employee or in a white-collar job holding a fancy designation, enjoying the perks and responsibilities that go with it?

These questions must have engaged our attention in most of our lives, especially during our younger days.  This is more so in the case of majority of the younger lot, who do not have the luxury of joining family-owned companies or trade and business enterprises.

While good education, necessary qualifications, aptitude and desire to learn as well as the ability to adapt to new challenges and situations are among some of the essentials  to land a good job and climb up the ladder, who will guide anybody to become a good and successful entrepreneur or even a profitable businessman?

Well, now the budding, aspiring and not so well-established entrepreneurs, businessmen or corporate executives and professionals – almost everybody who want to do better and excel themselves – from the Kanara region have a forum in Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE), Bangalore, to guide, advise and mentor them by networking, improving marketing and business plans and learning from those who have already made a mark.

KE, Bangalore is a non-profit and mutual benefit outfit founded in 2008. It is aimed at sharing knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and best practices to help nurture budding and aspiring entrepreneurs to excel in their endeavours in association with Kanara Entrepreneurs Ltd (KEL), Dubai.

''There is no short-cut to the top. One cannot miss the opportunity of networking with a group that might propel you to the top faster.
