Confiscated good will be auctioned by CBITC after the court order. The Money goes to central treasury. Please note that it will be a public auction, you might find advertisements in all leading news papers. Confiscated drugs too will be destroyed after the court case is over.

Of course MIA is presently managed by Adani. But customs and immigration officers are the same Central Govt. staff. Those who caught gold and other goods are not Adani’s henchmen.

really tragic that unemployment especially to minorities in the country is pushing them to do these illegal things since 2014...hope they will get at least some reservation in jobs and acceptance in mainstream society so that they also can live a dignified life...only because of gulf countries many are thriving in minority religion...hope things will be better after the tea boy is shown the door in 2024
