Mangaluru, Oct 5: In a shocking incident, two people fired gunshots at a businessman on Tuesday October 5. The businessman’s son was injured in the incident.

First of all let us hope the kid recovers. Now looking at the other side of the coin, the drivers also have families and children to feed; why deny them their salaries; even if licenced gun is possessed did the person have training to shoot, ; why shots were fired above he belt; why did the son slap the driver. Why did police not take preventive action, the drivers were coming there for 2days!!mock drills are different, the real situation is worse. Try calling 112, precious 10 minutes are lost for taking down the name and tel.No.of the caller which is not required and the address of the place, as most of them do not know the topography of the place...God save our Mangalore ( and it's people)..

a person doing business should have enough own funds to pay salary to employees... he cannot say "loss ... did not receive from customer " etc. and deny salary to the people who have worked...

"Rajesh Prabhu took out the weapon and fired two rounds of which one has hit his son Sudhindra" -- this man has taken pistol license to scare others... does not know how to use it... unfortunate that his own son became victim... hope the son survives... however prabhu has to be tried for misuse of weapon...

The names that you have taken are franchisee of another courier company and very likely they are also in financial difficulty, this is in spite of the fact that during Covid lockdown apart from vegetables, grocery and medical, courier and cargo companies were allowed to function though most of the time they were transporting non-essintial goods which could have been sent through India Post which is more reliable and cheaper. Financial difficulties in such companies is more due to bad habits of the owners and misuse of loans, for purchase of luxury goods rather than investing the same for business.
