Mangaluru, Oct 7: Bondala Chittaranjan Shetty has filed a complaint in Suratkal police station, alleging that during her address at the people's awareness programme organized at Suratkal by Bajrang Dal on October 5 at Suratkal, Chaitra Kundapur, who delivered the keynote address, had delivered inflammatory address which had the potential of igniting passions, and of hurting the feeling of reverence the people had on the weapons held by legendary heroes, Koti and Chennaya, by comparing them to the sabres held by rowdies.
Shetty said that Chaitra had delivered an address which had the potential of inciting one community against the other, and igniting communal hatred. He has requested the police to register case against her and the Bajrang Dal organisers who arranged the said programmed, because of the fact that the said address by Chaitra has the potential of vitiating law and order situation in the region. He also said that steps should also be taken for raising issues concerning the families of the Congress leaders which had insulted those named by her.

At the same time, Abdul Khader from Suratkal has registered a complaint against Chaitra's communally provocative speech in Suratkal police station accusing her of delivering communally charged address.
Meanwhile district Youth JD(S) president Akshith Suvarna also urged the police department to take action against Chaitra Kundapur for delivering inflammatory address.
