Mangalore: DKDCC Pays Tribute to Indira Gandhi on 26th Death Anniversary

Mangalore, Oct 31: Ramanath Rai, MLA, Bantwal, along with other Congress leaders offered tributes to the former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi at the district office of the Dakshina Kannada Congress Committee on Sunday October 31.




Speaking on the occasion Rai said that public financial institutions have given the country’s economy the stability and resilience, which was an initiation of Indira Gandhi.

The charismatic and epoch-making personality of Indira Gandhi left her imprint not only in the affairs of her own country but also in the international arena, he added.

Moideen Bava, Congress leader and Congress district vice-president Ivan D”Souza among others were present.

    What a bunch of syncophants - Yesterday was also the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel. This man's achievement is unmatched in the history of free India and he was also a towering leader of Congress party but these CON party members did not have even a minor courtesy to celebrate that....

    In history India Gandhi was a Great and Courageous Prime Minister of India. She was very courageous, Very hard working, always dedicated her life for poor and needy, well disciplined, very decisive and loving person India ever had. In her time India was going very prosperous. Due to the population and political issue and jealous she was behind in some issues. Over all she was a great unforgettable Prime Minister of India. Rumors, Political jealous and back stabbing issues put some black spot in her life. We all must remember and respect for her Love and Scarifies she gave to the country.
