Mangalore, Nov 3:
It was a beautiful display of colours on the night sky as students and staff of Karavali Group of Colleges celebrated Deepavali with a mixture of tradition and fun here on Wednesday Nov 3.

The celebrations were held at the campus of Karavali Institute of Technology, Neermarga in the city.

Karavali Group chairman Ganesh Rao inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. The college was decked up in different hues that showcased festive joy. There was also a cultural programme that added an extra zing to the celebrations.

The high point was the rangolis made out of flowers that adorned the campus. The festive atmosphere was evident as students wished one another, lighting diyas, dancing and bursting crackers, truly enjoying themselves.
