Yes each & everytime its not a reason of saying mistake of drivers.... Its not a matter of solving problem too by blaming.... Dont just look at the basic cause of the incident & keep on Blaming its not just a thing for solution & instead determine the root cause of it & further take a step for solution.... Safety first,last & always....

Please dont blame the drivers.i believe that the heavy vehicles drivers job specially those who are driving the city buses is the toughest job.whatever salary they are earning out of it is woth it and they deserve that because there are so much of traffic and several stops roads are slippery now a days still they cantdrive slowly as they have to make it on time.they have to strictly follow the time chart and also they have to drive it so carefully also. it is really hectic job.its not always accidents occur due to drivers negligence we got to understand that and respect them for their efforts.

where he was looking? or was he on mobile phone?

These accidents are happening basicall due to the reckless driving. Particularly these bus drivers should understand that they are carrying the lives of many people. One can see the way all the divers driving, so carelesly with over speed and rash. This is should be controlled. Everybody should follow the taffic rules. All the drivers should have the resposnibility. Then only we can expect the reduction of these tyoe of incedents.

All these accidents are only because of narrow and winding roads.There are one hundred new vehicles per day are registered on peak season in Mangalore. But we still use the same narrow size roads dated back from the British era. The stamp duty, Road tax and other taxes collected in Mangalore are more than enough to feed the entire state and its employees. I have not seen any minister ever talking about widening roads .

The olden representatives of Mangalore and their governments did not had funds as they are generated in these days and they had little funds generated from Mangalore .The ministers in charge for the last couple of years should have developed the district and its arteries throughout southkanara. They made big bungalows and bought huge plots from themselves and closed their eyes while using the potholes roads.

Our curretn minister in-charge who might have speeded up the concrete work but the roads have become more narrow than they were before because the footpaths are not made same level as to the concrete roads.

High time highway authorities need to put metal guards on gorges such as these... this will reduce the impact and keep the vehicles on the roads.. but then who cares about lives lost... so this will never be implemented... more money in some politicians pocket..
