@ Nayan, Udupi "That's why people should work in their own country than working like slave in other countries." If you work abroad 20 years you can have the savings which you cannot achieve even if you work 50 years in India.

Manoj, these days people are vacating their lockers. They have come to know that even if there is 20 Lakhs worth contents in a locker, upon theft or any other tragedy, the locker holder is entitled for just one Lakh in compensation. Now, what/how is a bank locker safe ? Best is keep just as much gold as required and wear artificial jewelry. The early our women come to understand this, the better.

Just because people evade man's best friend, a dog. Even if it just barks, unable to attack, with the noise they make, the intruders get intimidated. Don't give me the cultural attachments/differences - in Arab world families rear dogs as high as four feet. Don't they follow culture ?

Did you ever work abroad? Who says people work like slaves? I have worked for 4 years in Bangalore/Mangalore. It is excruciating to say i used to work like a slave in india. Where as in UAE the work culture is pretty good and i am getting paid 10 times more than what i got in india. So please buzz off with that "Slave" phrase.

inflation, high cost of living, mindless and brainless schemes of the union and state govts, total mismanagement of central agencies, failure of local administration by the brashta janara party are reasons for this kind of stealing...the days are not far when the have nots will rob openly on streets from the haves..
