RSS to Protest against Centre’s 'Conspiracy’ on Terror Links

Bangalore, Nov 6: Perturbed by the on and off allegations by Central agencies like CBI on its alleged links with terrorist elements, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has decided to observe a day-long protest against the Centre’s ''political conspiracy” to tarnish its image with allegations on links with terrorist activities on November 10.

The protest programme will be carried out throughout the country, according to National Executive member of RSS Ram Madhav.

Addressing a news conference in Bangalore on Saturday November 6, the RSS leader said the decision to organise protests across the country was taken by the Sangh at its three-day conclave of its Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal (central committee) in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, which ended on October 31.

As part of the protest programme, Ram Yadav said the RSS workers and leaders would hold demonstrations on Wednesday at 11 am at all district headquarters of the State.

In Bangalore, RSS leaders would stage a protest at the Town Hall premises for two hours.

Later, he said a delegation would meet Governor H R Bhardwaj and submit a memorandum against the Centre’s unfounded charges being repeatedly hurled against the RSS.

The RSS would protest against the vindictive and politically motivated anti-Hindu, and anti-RSS canards being spread by some of the Congress leaders.

He said the RSS has always displayed ''zero tolerance to terrorism in all forms.”

''We cannot be cowed down by false accusations by the UPA government headed by the Congress,” he said.

The RSS would take out rallies in different parts of the country to build a campaign in support of the construction of a Ram temple at Ayodhya next month, he announced.

Ram Madhav said Jammu and Kashmir was fully integrated into India on October 26, 1947 through the accession treaty signed by the then Maharaja Hari Singh and any challenge to India in the name of ''azadi” (freedom) was ''nothing short of treason.”

''Issues related to autonomy are irrelevant,” he said criticising the alleged anti-national statements by English novelist Arundhati Roy.

Asked about US President Barrack Obama visit, he said: ''We should stand united and tell him (Obama) that the kind of games being played by Pakistan would never be tolerated by India and its people.”

''The border issue with Pakistan is bilateral one and there is no need of foreign interference,” he added.

Mr. Divakar Poojari, You are one of the victim of Congress sponsored propoganda rather conspiracy. For your information RSS did not kill Mahatma Gandhi one of the ex-member of RSS killed Gandhi. You should also need to educate yourself about at what circumstance he killed our great leader. Our political leadership does not want patriotic teachings because if our public become actively patriotic then corrupt politicians can't survive. Our so called secular political parties some extent sucessful in brain washing the public to suit their agenda. I am sorry to say that people like you are the victims of such so called secular parties agenda. My friend please read books some of the RSS leaders then you will realize what is RSS.

Let me also remind you that if a underworld don is an Indian that does not make all indians underworld dons.

Following Mahatma Gandhi's assassination in 1948 by a member or former member of the RSS, [many prominent leaders of the RSS were arrested and RSS as an organization was banned on February 4, 1948. The RSS is considered responsible for the murder of Mahatma Gandhi despite having been acquitted of all charges by the Supreme Court of India. The assassination has been seen as an act of terrorism by the RSS to caution Indian citizens away from Gandhi's secular policies. Godse's connection with the RSS was investigated. Justice Kapur Commission setup to look into the conspiracy to murder Mahatma Gandhi noted the following,
“As a final result of the poison, the country had to suffer the sacrifice of the invaluable life of Gandhiji. Even an iota of the sympathy of the Government or of the people no more remained for the RSS. In fact, opposition grew. Opposition turned more severe when the RSS men expressed joy and distributed sweets after Gandhiji's death.”
Sardar Patel also pointed out that members of RSS have indulged in attacking "innocent and helpless men, women and children"[29].
There is No doubt that RSS is T..... To develop country religion won't help. Our Sincerity and hard work is important. We all mus work for country as Indian not as Hindu, Sikh, Muslim or Christian. All religious grups who involved in politics should banned in India.

From the investigations it is very obvious that the blasts that were triggered in Malegaon and Ajmer sharif were the handiwork of extremists who are or were affiliated to the RSS. The RSS should see that such deeds by extremists to divide the country should not happen. They cannot deny that they have some hard core extremists in their fold. These should be channelised for other things like countering pakistan instead of killing our own countrymen.

The official historical discourse in India has also purposely cultivated a mythical Nehru-Gandhi relationship with Gandhi as the ‘political father’ of Nehru. Jaswant’s research has blown apart this myth. Way back in the 1927 Madras session, these two stalwarts clashed with one another: Gandhi insisting on dominion status whereas Nehru demanding complete independence for India. Moreover, Nehru disagreed with several other Gandhian precepts: “…you expected the Khadi Movement to spread rapidly…our Khadi work is almost wholly divorced from politics….What then can be done?…you only criticise and no helpful lead comes from you…” After reading Gandhi’s articles in Young India, he lamented: “I have often felt how very different my ideals were from yours… You misjudge greatly….I neither think that the so-called Ramaraj was very good in the past, nor do I want it back.” And while disagreeing with his ‘Mahatma’ that Indian poverty could be eradicated by village employment, Nehru lambasted: “You do not say a word against the semi-feudal zamindari system…or against the capitalist exploitation of both the workers and the consumers.” Gandhi could not digest such strictures lightly and shot back: “The differences between you and me appear to me to be so vast and radical that there seems no meeting ground between us.” Jaswant’s ‘shock therapy’ By Basharat Hussain Qizilbash | Published: October 12, 2009

It took 24 years to put a ban on SIMI which openly criticised our constitution and also send the message to it's members to help in making India an islamic country. Congress was silent from 1978 to 2002. When NDA govt put ban on it, congress and it's secular allies started to show their true color. Their leaders wanted to lift the ban to woo the voters but it failed. Now they have no right to give comments on RSS.
