MCC to Spread Fun with Mangalorean Day on Nov 19

Qatar, Nov 7: With the intention of providing the Mangalorean Konkani community members a platform to showcase their talent and enjoy the company of each other as one family, Mangalore Cricket Club (MCC),
Qatar is celebrating the  'Mangalorean Day' - an evening of fun, games, food and loads of entertainment at the old Ideal Indian School Grounds, off Salwa Road on November 19 from 3.30 pm onwards.

The evening will begin with fun games and sports for all, followed by a cultural programme by the local artistes with children and adults dancing, acting and singing to up the entertainment quotient of the
day.

A special attraction of the day will be a contest, ‘Smart Boy and Smart Girl’ for the children between the age group 8 to 12 years.

While one's eyes, ears, hearts and minds are entertained by the music and dance, a grand variety of home-cooked Mangalorean delicacies will be available to satisfy one's appetite.

The other highlight of the evening will be the raffle draw where many fabulous prizes will be up for grabs.MCC is grateful to the community for their excellent support over the years and solicit similar support in all its endeavours.
