Riyadh: Kingdom set to host world's largest camel fest

Riyadh, Nov 9: The Kingdom is set to host the sixth year of the world’s biggest camel festival. The festival which is scheduled to start in December 1 will draw camel owners across the globe. The festival will continue for 40 days.

This camel festival, about 33,000 camel owners are expected to participate. The King Abdulaziz Camel Festival is an annual international cultural, economic, sports and entertainment event organized by the Saudi Camel Club.

The Saudi Camel Club is finalizing applications for interested participants, which are due by November 16.
