Mangalore, Nov 14: Talent’s Sports Award – 2010 instituted by the Talent Research Foundation, Mangalore was given at the programme held at Talent Conference Hall of Kankanady on Sunday November 14.

 In all 50 achievers in sports field were given the awards in a grand ceremony.

Dr M Mohan Alva, chairman, Alvas Education Foundation inaugurated the programme. Abdul Rauf Puthige, chairman, Talent Research Foundation Mangalore presided. 

Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, chancellor of Yenepoya University, Eric Ozario, gurkaar Mandd Sobhann and Kalangann co-founder, Maulana Abdul Azeez Darimi Kallega, honorary editor, Al Ahsan monthly and Moideen Bava, owner, Mangalore United KPL among others were present.

Raymond D’Souza, former Mr World, Satish Kudroli, Ekalavya Award winner and Kumari Poovamma, Olympian were the special invitees.
