Mangaluru: 22-year-old ends life - Love failure suspected

Mangaluru, Dec 4: A young woman ended her life in Kaprigudde, Akashbhavan here. She was found hanging from the ceiling fan in the room of her residence.

The deceased is identified as Shifali (22). She was working in a beauty parlour.

She had returned from work on Friday December 3 evening. However, she went straight to her room and hanged herself, it is gathered.

Love failure is suspected to be the reason for her extreme step. Kavoor police have registered a case and are investigating further.

    May her soul rest in peace It’s not wise to end your life because of love failure. Definitely not . Because whoever the person who caused distress to you and pushed you to commit suicide is not worth it . Why sacrifice your life for him or her . You are worthy of much more and definitely a much better life partner who you will meet at the right time . When a person ditches you, forget him and move forward. And then when we look back we realise what we did was right

    You bet! She must have been ditched by the person with whom she was madly in love and she got the news on her mobile; possibly, she closed shop rightaway and headed home to her room, as she chouldn't bear rejection. With that pretty face, a hundred suitors would fall in love with her. RIP Shifali.

    Almighty knows the reason. Every middle class individual is under extreme stress. Only corrupt people enjoying with their corrupt black money. Please keep faith on arrange marriage. 99% love cases are blind without aims only looking in beauty .kindly avoid these circumstances. I really feel pity on this beautiful girl. Always discuss your problems with your parents. They will be angry on us but they have solutions. Almighty give strength to her family to come out of sudden stock. RIP Shifali.

    Many youths are now under stress due to forced infusion of toxic ideology... to preach & practice in a particular way...thus stopping them from exercising & acting based on their own knowledge, wisdom & free will, .....leading to stress & distress in their life and future..., proper counseling by Parents is need of the hour.... that too in their early forming years of life....

    its a heinous and self defeating action to end ones life. No matter what failures or circumstances one faces. This life is gift and it can only take one to higher consciousness and higher dimensions, that is if we love one another respect all regardless of gender,caste,religion,nationality etc and work on our short comings. People fall in love and get separated and sometimes things in life fail, so what??? try and look for someone else, do something else in life. My guruji used to say, those who commit suicides or end life prematurely will have spend hundreds of year in cold/icy place......i dont know how far this is true, however i know the one who end life has to suffer mentally a lot.

    Agree with ca girishkk, m'lore/dxb comments to a certain extent. Present society is brain washed with forced infusion of toxic ideology. It blocks them taking their own decisions, based on their own knowledge, wisdom & free will. When one faces the very difficult situations in life; like the entire world looks dark, all doors have been closed or life is no more worth living. In that difficult moment, one should at least go to their place of worship, and spend few hours there. None will come back with empty hand.

    Mentally stable people feel sad when a young life is lost, may be cheated by a man, whatever. But such a sad news is also a celebration for isis toilet cleaners living in gulf, to bring all unreleated matter and take pride. It is a mental disease due to petrol dollar payment but then these jokers are so sure that they will never die and karma wont pay them back. that confidence is what i am surpaised about.

    My goodness....Why people do like this? She has profession in hand.....If she had gone for counseling to overcome tension or depression, she could have saved herself. When love fails, some unable to take it....very difficult to push every sungle minute. Om shanthi dear.....
