Bangalore: Land Scam No2 Exposed - CM Likely to Face Axe Today

Daijiworld Media Network - Bangalore (SB)

Bangalore, Nov 21: The BJP has faced severe embarrassment with the latest allegations of Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa being involved in a new land scam and is all likely to axe CM Yeddyurappa. Minister Jagadish Shettar is the front-runner to the post, while minister Suresh Kumar's name too is doing rounds.

JDS president Kumaraswamy alleged that land was denotified in favour of mining company and that the CM has received a kickback of Rs 20 crore in return. The revelation has ashamed the BJP top leaders, which has prompted closed door meetings in New Delhi to discuss on the fate of Yeddyurappa. BJP chief Nitin Gadkari met L K Advani to deliberate on the solution for the Karnataka crisis, it is said.

Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa is all set to meet BJP high command in New Delhi to present his side of the story. It is learnt that Ananth Kumar, Jagadish Shettar, Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj are against the CM, while BJP chief Nitin Gadkari and Venkaiah Naidu are among the supporters.

    Rolphy Almeida, Udupi/Bangalore,

I am talking about Yeddy not his son.

Filing a false affidavit, if proved is a Criminal offense , for sure.

However, everybody should be treated innocent till proven guilty....

    Did Yeddy filed false affidavit?

CM has powers to allot plot to anybody if they dont have land in Bangalore Corporation Area(CMs Discretionary Quota AKA G-Quota), what I say he alloting it to his son is immoral and not illegal.

If son files a false affidavit, do you think its father's fault?

    Regards,

    Langoolacharya

Alloting land to his relatives may be immoral but not illegal.....

However, denotification for mining and getting 20 Crore kickbacks true is both immoral and illegal, if true nobody can save Yeddy, Venkaiah or Rajnath included....

I am sad to see Siddu,HDK, CM Ibrahim, Roshan Beig, RV Deshpande, Motamma's dream of coming back to power is rekindled....I wont touch these fellows even with 10 feet pole.......

People should stop dreaming. There is no replacement for Yeddiurappa. He will stay. If he has to go, then congress should find some good and able leaders. All the present leaders like Oscar, Poojary. Moily should be sent to retirement home. Then only Yediurappa can be sacked and Congress can come back.

Poor Gadkari,he loves Yeddy too much. But Yeddy so cruel, ditched him at a right time, by not allowing to enjoy the 2G scam. when ever he talks about congress scams someone raise Yeddy's name. It is too irritating.

In his last visit Yeddy successfully brainwashed this brainless Gadkari explaining the fragile setup of BJP Govt.in Karnataka. Now confused Gadkari
fulling his hair in despair wondering what could be the aftermath of little shakeup in the Govt.
Eversince the last Ministry expansion the great BJP Govt.in Karnataka has come to a standstill.
    What a achievement.

With regards to the scams, I would prefer all scamsters are hanged and their ill-gotten wealth distributed amongest poor. Atleast congress has done first steps right, getting the resignations of tainted and commencing probe. The spineless BJP is yet to do anything. Its really suprising to know the useless leaders (Bikaris) sitting in the BJP high command are struggling to find a replacement for Yeddy. It proves that BJP is literally bankrupt in K'taka.

Every citizen must ask these questions to Karnataka State BJP government.

1.What action and how far the investigation reached about the murder case of Udupi MLA.?

    2.What about Halappa rape case?

    3.How about Reddy brothers case?

4.Why the beggars died? Are they killed by poisoning?

5.Mr.Yeddi sanctioned so much money for many projects but none of them active. Why?

6.Mangalore is totally ruling by BJP, RSS, VHP, Rama Sena, and Bagaranga Dal. Why the basic things like roads, water, electricity and cleanliness is totally neglected and every citizen is suffering?

7.Why the ministers and dump CM are so much interested to distribute saree when there is flood and other natural calamities in state? Why they can not give consideration to that and respond to the suffering people?

8.Finally our CM so much scare that if he is out of power all his corruption will come on lime light and surely he will be in jail. [If our court and judges are sincere to the law]. If he is really honest let him give his power to some other leader and ask Supreme Court to have an investigation in all scandals and if they give him clean certificate let him rule.

During Nijalingappa's tenure, Rajajinagar was barren land and there emanated Gurunagar which the area people were calling Nijalingappanagar. Thus it is evident, the first thing every CM does after coming to power is to own primelands say, in benami names.

Dear BJP supporters-don't blindly support any corrupt politicians, just because they belong to your favourite party-because of this they(all the politicians irrespective of party they belong to) have taken us for a ride & looted our wealth all these years.
BJP's vote share in last election-33.9%, Congress share-34.5%, JD(S)-19%. What it means?-We are ruled by a minority govt. which was not voted to power by more than 66% of the voters who had exercised their franchise- So Please stop day dreaming of ruling Karnataka forever!
@vincy shamboor-Why tease hapless supporters-who cannot swallow or spit the mouthful(which burn the way down or up) true allegations of corruption. The longer Yeddi continues the more damage he will inflict on BJP's prospect of spreading their reign in south.

Pity, first time in the history, a CM can’t differentiate between good and evil, ethics and morality yet keeps on knocking the doors of temples to bless himself politically. A men of contradiction and ego. He had shown family values at home but prefers Bhagayslaximi in neighbors house. Sole motive to increase his popularity in the state should it require, to revolt against BJP high command decision if goes against him. Nut (chair) hard to break.
