Manama, Dec 10: Bahrain and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed four mutual agreements in order to enhance bilateral relationships in the capital on Thursday, December 9.

Giving details of the discussion, which was held between Prince Faisal bin Farhan, foreign minister of Saudi and his Bahraini counterpart Abdullatif Al-Zayani, Faisal said that the agreements mark a new era in the relation between the two gulf nations.

During the meeting initiatives were approved between the two nations. The agreements reflect the commitment of both nations to increase their bilateral relations in the field of economy, investment, politics and development as per Bahrain news agency.

These agreements will put strong foundations of understanding, cooperation, mutual dependence and joint coordination in all issues as per the Bahraini foreign minister Al Zayani.

The Bahraini king also appreciated the efforts of Prince Mohammed of Saudi in developing the Saudi nation and marching towards progress.

The Bahraini foreign minister said that the country is eager to participate in the 42nd Gulf summit to be held on December 14, which will be headed by King Salman of Saudi Arabia.
