Udupi, Dec 20: Police arrested three persons in connection with the theft of gold ornaments from Sultan Diamonds & Gold showroom.
It is said that on November 23, two women who came wearing Burkha along with a man and a kid, stole four golden bangles of 60 grams worth Rs 3,00,000.
A case was registered in this regard at Udupi town police station.

When examining the CCTV footages, the police found that a Tavera car MH-13-AF-4599 was used for the crime. The police arrested accused from Solapur in Maharashtra.
The arrested accused are Asif Ashfaq Sheikh (32) and Naziya Asif Sheik (32) from Zindagi, Solapur and Saudhagar Dilip Gundhukar (35), a resident of Kumbarvillage, Solapur.
Police have recovered a Tavera car, a mobile phone, and bangles worth Rs 2,99,792. The accused have been produced before the court and the court has sent them to judicial custody.
