Beltangady, Dec 2:
Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala is similar to a 'Kalpavruksha' (wish fulfilling tree) as the place shows the path to religion, ritual, and all success in life, said Vishvesha Tirtha Swamiji of Pejawar Adhokshaja Math, Udupi  on Wednesday December 1 after inaugurating the new 'Mahadwara' (entrance door) to Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala constructed at Ujire.

The stage programme was held at Indraprasta auditorium of the Ujire College.

The place is an embodiment of justice, truthfulness, faith, solace, fulfillment and peace apart from being a revered religious place for devotees, he added.

Vidyaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji of Shree Subrahmanya Math delivered the benedictions. He said that god will always bless the people who stay near to those who sincerely approach him.

D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala presided over the function. In his presidential address he said that the purpose of constructing the ‘Mahadwara’ was to give a message that all should visit the sacred place and feel inspired as well as strengthen their will to quit bad habits.

MLA K Vasanth Bangera, SCDCC Bank president N Rajendra Kumar, Vijayaraghava Padwetnaya, managing trustee of Ujire Shree Janardhana Temple, SDM College secretary D Harshendra Kumar and vice-president Prof S Prabhakar among others were present.

Roads to the special places are to be aimed to developed ,Government is spending money on sports events which doesnt fetch anything in return, except encouraging corruption, the roads are to be developed instead,Look at the roads to Shri Kshetra Dharmastala & Subramanya, they are worst even to imagine, daily lot of devotees visit these temples, instead of concentrating on dwara's the religious heads must force government to develop the roads to clear way & make them safe for visitors.Todays need everywhere is good roads,as time is very important in every aspect of life.Shriman Veerendra Heggade is prominent among the religious leaders as he has respect from all religions, unlike the swamiji's who just show their double standards when it comes to religion by keeping mum on issues of discrimination of poor ,backward people among the same religion. We urge Shri Veerendra heggade to pressurise the governement to give a good road faciltiy for these holy places.

Religious Dwara on public roads and other Govt properties are not a in the interest of all the religion and community's peaceful co-existence. Moreover, they are public nuisance while transporting unusually large industrial plants and goods. Every religion should practice inside the four walls of their temples, mosques, churches etc and not by occupying public properties. Very soon an order from the supreme court will come to remove all the Dwaras, Arches, Gates and what not erected by the believer of different communities who are dominant and majority in that region. Without hurting the sentiment of any religion, I wish the temples, mosques and churches not to encourage the people in their region to erect such structures in Govt properties that are a public nuisance. Jai India!
