Beltangady, Dec 4: Artistes from Shraddha Nrithya Kendra, Bangalore led by bharatanatyam danseuse Shama performed an attractive dance show on Friday night December 3.
The dance ballet Ganga-Gowri that was staged for one and a half hours captivated the audience from the word go. The lucid expressions, tremendous stage presence and quick feet of the young dancers helped the dance lovers get engrossed into the act. The colourful, yet simple costumes only accentuated the performances.
The people who thronged the Lakshadeepotsava were in for a double treat with this cultural extravaganza. The dance show was held at the Amruthavarshini Hall, Dharmasthala as part of the lakshadeepotsava celebration.
