Kundapur: RJ's Avinash Book on Jayant Kaikini Released

Kundapur, Dec 6: Radio Jockey R J Avinash’s book on Jayant Kaikini’s lyrics ‘Ee Nayana Nutana’ was released by the renowned lyricist himself on the second day of a grand programme ‘Kamba 2010’ at Kota here on Sunday December 5.
Releasing the book, Kaikini lauded Avinash’s efforts in producing the book with sheer hardwork and passion. He said it is indeed very special and first of its kind as the songs analyzed in it is very much appreciated by people.
He said when Avinash approached him initially to inform about the book he didn't expect it to come out so well. He said his work turned out to be amazing. He later gave a talk on personality development for children.
Madhavi Bhandary, professor, Poornaprajna College, Udupi, Dr Sangeetha Johnson, teacher, Vardesh Hiregange, director of Manipal Instutute of Communication and Shivu Jamkandi, writer among others were the dignitaries present on the dais.
About the Book
The concept of the book itself is very innovative. For the very first time a book has been written on a lyric writer. The book contains multiple responses to Kaikini’s film song lyrics by several people from varied professions.
