Mangaluru, Jan 10: Fire raged in a showroom of LG brand electronic goods located in Paramount West Gate building at Kankanady main road on Monday January 10 morning.
As a large number of things inside the showroom were turned into ashes, total loss is estimated to be several lacs of rupees.
After the fire brigade at Pandeshwar here received a call relating to the tragedy at about 8 am on Monday, the fire officer along with fire fighters reached the spot and began an operation to douse the flames.
However, by then, most of the items inside the showroom were burnt down.
