Udupi: ACB sleuths raid UUDA office, confiscate Rs 2.5 lac from engineer

Udupi, Jan 13: The office of Udupi Urban Development Authority (UUDA) was raided by the sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday January 13.

The officials of ACB confiscated Rs 2.5 lac from UUDA engineer Guruprasad. Officers of the authority, Naima Sayyid and Prasad were taken into custody by ACB sleuths.

It is alleged that Guruprasad and Naima were accepting bribe in order to provide licence for commercial purpose.

The raid was led by ACB SP Simon, DySP Manjunatha Kavari, SI Sathish and Rafiq M.

The UUDA office is located at Adi Udupi in the city.

    Don't believe in ACB.It is created by Siddhu to protect currupt. The ACB office in Mangalore is on Muda building itself.The MUDA is number one currupt office in Mangalore. ACB knows that but is in adjustment.

    I think when ACB raids in every offices and small offices of Govt mostly ,and dismiss them ,very soon most of the offices will be empty and new jobs can be created.Because everywhere ,every peon till higher managers are corrupt.small clerks are corrupt.When a lawyer openly says we should give some money to his employers ,that too a catholic lawyer !then a poor man cant say I dont .Because he wants his work done ,without money nothing will be typed.I feel such lawyer must be paying less money to his employees,so that they have to depend on clients money?Thats the truth nowadays.

    Well Done ACB and ... Earlier ACB caught corrupt Mr. Subrahmanya vaddar who was serving as development officer in UUDA. They should be dismissed from the duty and must go to jail.

    They didn't look after their bosses . they might concentrated on money making. May be are not nationalist gang . That's. Why they were. Raided. Once they give statement against Congress ,both will be curroption free bird.
