KE’s Date with Christmas Cheer, Vibrant Health Sans Stress

Bangalore, Dec 13: Well-known author and stress management consultant Dr G Francis Xavier, who has the rare distinction of being a college-mate of former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam at St Joseph’s College, Trichy, will be addressing the members of Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE) on December 17, Friday, at the Grand Magarat Hotel in Bangalore on ''Vibrant Health through Stress Management."
The event, coming just before the Christmas season at the fag end of year 2010 and before the commencement of the New Year 2011, is an ideal occasion for all the budding and established entrepreneurs as well as professionals of the Kanara region to learn the art and technique of achieving better health through stress management.
Dr Xavier, founder chairman of Tap Foundation International, who has conducted training programmes in different parts of India and in several foreign countries like United States, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Tanzania, is a regular practitioner of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
A celebrated author of books on health and stress management, Dr Xavier, who has also written, 'The Complete Encyclopedia of Financial Accounting,’ recognized as the most authoritative and the biggest book on accounting, will be covering several interesting and valuable aspects of stress management and good health such as: Steps to be taken when under stress to get instant relaxation and activating both the hemispheres of the brain.
Maintaining youthful look, reducing weight naturally, getting peaceful and sound sleep, stimulating pituitary and pneal glands, avoiding heart attacks and cancer, preserving teeth from decaying and removing toxins from the body besides stimulating brain cells and sexual glands to enjoy life are some of the topics that Dr Xavier will be covering in his talk.
In addition to the exotic and interesting topics that Dr Xavier, who has secured two Master’s Degrees with First Class and First Rank in both besides being the recipient of Gold Medal from the former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastri and has also obtained Doctoral degree in the field of Guidance and Counselling, the KE programme will have a special attraction of Christmas cheer with cake, wine and even singing of carols to immerse the participants in the spirit of the festive season.
