Sohrabuddin Killing: Accused Cop's Bail Plea Rejected

Ahmedabad, Dec 14 (IANS) A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court here Tuesday rejected the temporary bail application of N.K. Amin, a policeman accused in the 2005 Sohrabuddin Sheikh staged shootout case.

In a one-sentence order, CBI Judge G.K. Upadhyay rejected Amin's application for temporary bail to attend to his wife's treatment.
