Karnataka’s daily Covid tally crosses 50,000-mark, 19 deaths reported in a single day

Bengaluru, Jan 23: Karnataka on Sunday, January 23 registered 50,210 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 3,57,796. Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 26,299.

As many as 19 deaths due to coronavirus were reported in the state on Sunday, the death toll in the state has risen to 38,582.

The state recorded 22,842 discharges from hospitals on Sunday, taking the total discharges to 31,21,274.

So far, Karnataka has seen 35,17,682 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 22.77% while the case fatality rate for the day is 0.03 %.

As many as 9,33,53,800 people have received vaccination so far.

    Virus transmission has reached to community transmission stage! All these unrestricted mass congregations be it religious or otherwise will see that there will be an explosion of infections in the coming days; the very young, very old, and those with comorbidities will bear the brunt! Administration is only doing mouth talking while mass congregations are going on in full swing without fear! Many of the fully vaccinated are getting reinfected requiring hospitalization proving the vaccines to be a sham!

    45 K Common flu ? and 5k omircon ? 1st wave recovery was almost 98: 2 because mostly common seasonal flu and 2 % Covid? Looks like BigPharma, because previously no business for flu vaccines, with these vaccines and boosters after boosters they want to reverse that number. Then to say now yearly boosters are required for this seasonal common flu and their fast spreading but not deadly communist chinese spread strain in Africa with greek name Omicron for booster business after completion of vaccinations. Covid got over after 1st wave.,. All elite BigPharma mafia to loot citizens and governments tax payers money, bankrupt businesses and nations these communist chinese virus strains.

    Thats what i am saying that put police in public places to monitor whether people are following covid appropriate behaviour..Police should put FIR and fine for organizing mass gatherings...Also 10 police should be there in marriage functions to check whether they are following covid norms as per guidlines or not....Police should shout in mic 'Omicron is very dangerous' so that people will fear and follow all guidelines in villages...This is only way we can beat the pandemic...Boosters should be given to everyone..
