Mangalore: Riverside Dirt Track – Auto Cross Rally Attracts Curious Spectators

Mangalore, Dec 19: It was thrilling moments for motor sports lovers when the Riverside Dirt Track –Auto Cross Rally for motorcycles and cars organized by Dakshina Kannada Garage Owners' Association got underway here at Infant Jesus Joyland School on Sunday December 19 at 9.00 am.

The event is being held under the guidance of the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) and more than 150 motorcyclists and around 40 car race drivers took part in the event.

Commissioner of police Seemanth Kumar Singh flagged off the race. Aravind Motor managing director Aroor Krishna Rao inaugurated.

Rao Brothers proprietor Manohar S Narvekar presided.

Canara Workshop executive director Premnath S Kudva and Mangalore City Corporation corporator Prema Muralidhar Bolar were the guest.

The event witnessed good number of thrilled and curious spectators.
