Daijiworld to bring Late Night Christmas Mass Live from Mangalore

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Dec 24: At the request of a large number of daijiworld readers spread across the world, daijiworld.com will put in its best efforts to bring to them the late night Christmas Mass live from Rozario Cathedral in the city.

The solemn Mass will begin at 10.00 pm (Indian Standard Time). Bishop of Mangalore, Dr Aloysius Paul D'Souza, will offer the Mass along with Fr Stanly Goveas, parish priest of Roasario Cathedral, and other priests.

This is for first time that daijiworld will be bringing Christmas mass live on the internet. It may be recalled, that when Daijiworld started its 'internet tv' concept back in the year 2006, the first video that was uploaded on Dec 24, happened to be that of a message from Bishop, Aloysius Paul D'Souza.

During the last four years, daijiworld has updated its resources, and with the help of latest technology and broadband internet, has been successful in bringing some important events live on internet.

The non-stop 25-day cultural extravaganza, organized by Mandd Sobhann in the form of 'the first world Konkani Cultural Convention' was webcast live on tvdaijiworld, which received wide appreciation from the Konkani lovers spread all over the world.

The Christmas Mass will be available on daijiworld from 10.00 pm onwards on Friday Dec 24, 2010.

The duration of the Mass will approximately be 75 minutes.
