Special Message for Readers from Bishop Paul Hinder, Vicar Apostolic of Arabia

Saudi Arabia, Dec 25: On the occasion of Christmas, bishop Paul Hinder, Vicar Apostolic of Arabia has for the first time conveyed his special wishes to the readers of Daijiworld.com.

Dear readers of daijiworld.com,

One of these days I read the quote: "It is Christmas in the heart that puts Christmas in the air" (W T Ellis). Actually we are celebrating Advent before Christmas precisely in order to open our heart for the one who is about to come: as the powerless child in Bethlehem and as the powerful Lord of the Universe at the end of the times. When Christ truly lives in our heart (cf. Gal 2:20) then we are also able to “put Christmas in the air”.

Give Christ space in your heart and you will put Christmas in the air for all those who meet you!

I wish you all Daijiworld viewers a Merry Christmas! May you experience "the kindness and generous love of God our Saviour" (Titus 3:4) who came to us in Christ Jesus. May he bless your entrance to the year 2011 and grant you his peace and joy!

    I was present in the bishop's Mass, His Highness was holding the CROSS which was on its chest, but why can't there be a CROSS in St. Antony's Church - we don't worship idols, true we Catholics don't believe but in St Antonius Church THE MAIN CROSS is missing. CROSS is THE WEPON which is not found there. I request my Lordship to place THE CROSS in the church

    Dear Bishop Paul Hinder and Parisheners of Abu Dhabi wish everyone a Joyous Merry Christmas
    and a Happy New Year 2011. I have to share about my Abu Dhabi parish and church. I have lots of memorable moments at st.Joseph's Church Abu Dhabi parish holds traditional faithful parishieners and devotees. I still remember the days when I was in Abu Dhabi parish specially Konkani Charismatic Prayer. I have lots of things to share about parish. I will continue sharing some memories in my next blog.
