Flag March is not what is required to instill confidence in the minds of people. We need a police force which is dedicated, committed, polite with public and corrupt free. There is a long way to go in training our police force to make them public friendly. How can we expect this change when they are puppets in the hands of corrupt political dons of the present stature. Our police force also needs to be strengthened by providing them with the required facilities such as shelter, proper salary and good work life. Seniors should desist from treating their subordinates as bonded labourers, use good language and be role models. I know I am dreaming too much about them. But, still there are good examples across the globe to emulate. Let our leaders and senior police officials pay their attention to strengthen the moral of police force and the results will be automatic. We have the best of the brains in our country and we have world class technology to supplement our intelligence, but we need someone at the helm of the affairs to have sufficient guts to implement them. But since the entire system is rotton by the corruption mania I think we need to wait for a revolution to get the things in order. All this flag march is only a drama for the ordinary citizen and taxpayer. Let us desist from these things which is just waste of time and get into serious business.
