Mangalore: ‘Mr Duplicate’ Kannada Movie to Come Onscreen April

Mangalore, Jan 9: There was a massive crowd which gathered at St Aloysius College grounds here on Sunday January 9 curiously watching the heroic stunts performed by two lead actors Diganth and Prajwal Devaraj.
It was the shooting for the movie ‘Mr Duplicate’ which stars Sandalwood stars Diganth, Prajwal Devraj and Sheetal Injudhan Khan as heroine. ‘Mr Duplicate’ is the second venture of Real Wealth Center and will be released in the month of April.
Sheetal is basically from Mumbai and has come to try her luck in Kannada filmdom. She is also a keen learner of the language, Kannada.
A team of 80 members led by director Kodlu Ramakrishna which arrived in city will be visiting various locations here during their stay here. On January 20, the team will leave to Bekal Fort for further shooting.
Speaking to presspersons, story-writer, producer and director of the film, Kodlu Ramakrishna, informed that the shooting will be extensively held in Bekal Fort, St Mary's Island, Someshwar beach, Suratkal beach, and some shots will be recorded at Gokarnanath temple in Kudroli, and also in Bangalore. Revealing the storyline of the movie he said it’s a unique triangular love story.
Speaking on the occasion, Diganth said that he is comfortable working with Prajwal Devraj. His role involves sincere boy’s character and does not have too many dialogues like his previous movies had, he revealed.
Another Hero Prajwal Devraj, who is indeed a duplicate in the film, said that the movie is very youthful and has multi star cast. This is his first movie with Diganth.
Kashyap Dakoju is the producer. Music is by Manomoorthi, while Suresh Rao is the co-producer. The film has story by Dwarki Raghav and videography by Naveen Suvarna. Sudha Belavady has a role to play as Diganth’s mother. Dynamic hero in Kannada industry Devraj, who is also Prajwal real life father is playing the same role in reel too.
The shooting of this movie is expected to be completed by end of January.
