In the annual calendar of sports activities in the U.A.E. the late Smt. Koosamma Memorial Throwball tournament has come to be one of the best as far as the participation of teams, competition and organisation is concerned. Apart from local teams, there have been foreign teams too which adds a lot of color for the entire competition. With my good friend Sarvottam Shetty at the helm one can only expect high class organisation which was very much evident. Backed by Mr. B.R.Shetty's overwhelming generosity, the tournament has achieved a distinct position as one of the top activities organised in Abu Dhabi. Congrats to one and all for a fine day's sporting activity. After all, we need such initiatives to bring all our people together. Well done !
