This sound and light extravaganza will be presented by his children Ryan D’Souza, Reena D’Souza Goveas and Ritesh D’Souza, also known as DJ Nasha. The mega musical concert has been sponsored by Ronald Colaco from Bangalore.

A major part of the proceeds of this venture will go to the "Shri Jerome D’Souza Music Foundation," a trust formed to promote the growth of Konkani music and art, by sponsoring the study and training of budding artistes and dormant singing talents. This will act as a platform to bring budding Konkani singing talents into the limelight, instilling in the young generation a taste for Konkani music.

The music will be a blend of modern beats and the old world charm of Konkani music performed by bollywood musicians and dancers. Renowned Konkani singers like Ivan, Kenny, Harryboy and Clement Lobo will also sing Jerome D’Souza’s compositions. The highlight of the evening will be the comedy skits performed by Jerry Rasquinha and Juze from Mangalore. The compere for the show will be Clement Lobo.
