..... khatre mein hain. Nothing surprising. Rape is now a 'norm' in India. No minister brings 'death' to rape bill in parliament. Read a case on Daiji about a minor raped by spiritual guru "guru Sitaram Das" in MP. Just because the rapists were influential the police delayed filing an Fir and moreover the names of main culprits missing. Kuch nahi honewala bhai iss desh ka. Carry on!

Guilty must be punished. Victims must use common sense also. Going alone to somebody's place whom you met online is stupud idea to say the least.

Dating apps are like food delivery apps; Instant friendship based on self advertised physical attributes. Since girls are physically weak and at receiving end if things go wrong ; then they must be smart enough to deal with it, or else find your love or lust in your neighborhood like the old fashioned way.

Women must avoid dating apps and such social platforms... There is more peril than good in them.... It is unfortunate that she trusted the man after a few exchanges on website without background checks... There may be more in this story which we may not ever know....

I strongly condemn the incident, but still I regret to say, the girl invited it. Dating app, than going to the accused house & staying there overnight. What do u expect, bhajan/ kirtan.

Shetre, do you even understand the word “consent”? If two adults want to sing bhajan, kirtan or do something more interesting, it is their personal affair. Men who force themselves onto a woman is RAPE. Full stop. Stop trying to somehow find fault in the women who did not consent for it.

Oh Rampanna, Udupi: Rajesh B Shetty, Udupi did not told that its only the fault of women. He said women invited the crime. basically we should learn by ourself that we should not go to anyones house until and unless they are so mush known to us. that too friendship from Dating app and without knowing background of a person going is also not good, which women should learn before saying that they have rights to stay or do anything with anyone. No one is aware who is sitting where especially in this modern era.

It is a rape for sure. Let me draw an analogy here. We all have gold. If anybody takes it away from you, it is theft. You don’t wear all the gold on you all the time. You only wear a little and leave the rest in most Le locker. You don’t keep it on top of your table in home, right? It is a crime for anybody else to take that gold even if you keep it open on table; but you still keep it in locker. Similarly sex without consent is rape; still it’s better to avoid lonely situations where you can be easily overpowered.
