Qatar, Jan 30:   The ‘Qatar Motor Show 2011’ was organized under the patronage of Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassem Bin Jabor Al Thani, Prime Minister and minister of foreign affairs by Qatar Tourism Authority in partnership with Q-Media events and GL events, organizers of Bologna Motor show at the Doha Exhibitions Centre from January 26 - 29

The show included premium auto show with the latest car models, concept cars, super cars and futuristic cars from the most renowned style centers and car designers, including a selection of exclusive concept cars and automotive designs from reputed Italian manufacturers.

As the only show in the region involving a truly interactive experience, visitors were thrilled as they participate in a truly immersive and dynamic event. Outdoor grounds transformed to serve as areas for drifting competitions, motocross demonstrations as well as test drive sessions of the latest car and SUV models. Spectators enjoyed professional driving tips with demos from leading experts.









































 Some of the unique features of the Qatar Motor Show 2011 included the ‘Concept cars Pavilion from the most famous style centers and renowned international car designers, Super cars, latest passenger car models, commercial vehicles including SUV’s and trucks,  a specialized area for  spare parts, tires, batteries, electronic equipments, garage equipment and all related accessories of the  automotive industry, Outdoor areas for dynamic activities to stage a full program of test drive sessions and spectacular events.

In addition to the exhibition also featured the 1st Middle East Automotive Summit which hosted international renowned executives from the industry to discuss the future of the automotive industry. 

Qatar Motor Show staged a high profile car exhibition and positions it straight on the international panorama of the top auto shows and aimed to be in the calendar as one of the automotive key events in the world and a strategic appointment for the car market in the Middle East.

With 55 exhibitors, featuring more than 135 cars, visitors are impressed with the scale of this event.  The spectators were surprised to see so many limited edition cars. The outdoor activities, which are organized in association with Red Bull Energy Drink, have especially been popular with the crowds. The shows included drifting and motocross demonstrations as well as test drive sessions of the latest car and SUV models.
