The Federation of Konkani Catholic Associations (FKCA) is organising a Global Online Bible Quiz in Konkani on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 07.00 PM
In a press release, Silvian Noronha, chairman of FKCA said the last date to register for the Bible Quiz has been extended up to the midnight of April 30, 2022 (IST), to encourage more number of participants for the event.
Most Rev. Peter Machado, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Bengaluru will be inaugurating the quiz competition, Noronha said.
"The registration is open on the FKCA website www.fkcaglobal.com . Participants from all over the world can access the link to answer a few questions,” he said.
“The purpose of the quiz is threefold: to encourage Catholics to gain a deeper knowledge of The word of God, to increase the bonding between member associations and Konkani Catholics across the globe and to promote the Konkani language globally,” he said in a release.
Guidelines
Eligibility: Open to all of any age group, in India and abroad.
Quiz in Konkani & Script: Kannada/ English (Roman) script.
Registration on FKCA website www.fkcaglobal.com.
Entry fee of Rs.100/-. Registration payment to be made through online transfer/Credit or Debit Card/UPI.
The topic is "Books, Authors & Background of the New Testament (27 Books)."
A total of 100 questions will be there and maximum time to answer is 20 minutes. (Time: 07.00-07.20 PM IST).
Last Date to Register for the Quiz: Saturday, April 30.
Prizes will be distributed on FKCA Federation Day in Bangalore on June 5, 2022.

The answers to the quiz will be provided after the quiz results are announced.
