Mangalore: Rowdy Murder – Police Arrest Five

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Feb 28: Relating to the slaying of Kabir, an associate of Madoor Isubu, the policemen have arrested five persons till Sunday evening. They have been trying to nab another.

Four persons from Suratkal area, and another from Tokkottu Kolya, have been taken into custody. On the basis of information extracted from these people, the policemen have now been trying to arrest another person. All the accused were found from within the district, and they had not fled after the murder as rumoured in the past, it is learnt.

The policemen say that Kabir was murdered as in retaliation for the murder of Sukhanand Shetty. It is said that high-ranking persons from Suratkal having industrial and political background had worked to eliminate Kabir. The policemen are pooling information to prove the involvement of these persons.

The communal elements had laid low for sometime, after Gopal Hosur, the then western range inspector general of police, had warned them. The policemen have strengthened the vigil across the district, as chances of retaliatory killings related to Kabir’s murder cannot be ruled out.

There is some confusion about the Scorpio vehicle used by the assailants in the above murder, which was taken into possession by the policemen from Malemar in the city on Saturday. The policemen have collected information that this vehicle was seen often in Gurpur area recently. As per records, the vehicle belongs to a person residing near Mundaje in Beltangady. The fact that the vehicle was with the body guard of a politician at the time of murder, has made the issue further complicated. The policemen are thinking in terms of handing over the investigation relationg to the ownership and handling of Scorpio vehicle, to Beltangady police station. It is not clear as to whether the vehicle in question was stolen or hired.

Respected PastorFrank, first part of your explanations are too idealistic and we too know that no religion teaches crime. The second part is the reality.
I feel while writing something, please do not restrict to the religion to which you belong, instead talk humanity and all humans as one religion.
I feel somewhere you are trying to say that only christianity is good, which is the fate of most of the christian priests. Please understand the essense of all religions and understand the world before you say something about christianity.
I think I am not too harsh.

    Dear Mr. Iqbal:

Yes according to the world, those who are born in Christian families are Christians, but no, absolutely no, no, no. A Christian should be that anyone who confess their sins to Jesus and baptized in to the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit by immersion is a true Christian. Such Christians, will never commit criminal activities.
Otherwise you are right there are many so called Christians are criminals and they have no respect for the law of the land. This is for your information please.

As rightly pointed out by Mr. Iqbal Mr. Lobo is making holy cow out of Christianity and trying to point fingers on Hindus and Muslims. The criminals are criminals and lets not give them religion. The criminals follow every religion and the number defers based on the whole population of each religion of the country. The number of Good hindus or muslims may be multiples of times more than entire population of total christains of every church in the country. So lets say the criminals are misguided Indians who are not following the law of the land.

How to Investigate a murder case: In crime investigation, there is a branch of it which deals with murder investigation, and if detectives and police want to be succesful at it, they have to follow certain steps. Stricktly speaking, they have to go to the crime scene to check what has just happened and make notice of every single detail. For instance, they must be aware not to miss any declaration at the moment, that is to say, to interrogte every witness or suspect that appear at the moment or afterwards. What’s more, they should be aware of everyone’s declarations, for any of them could suddenly turn into a suspect. With this, investigators should be successful in the investigation. To begin with the investigation, the first step is to gather all the evidence that is possible. For instance, they can get blood samples (if there is blood), that can be taken from the floor, clothes, walls and even the most unthinkable places. Apart from this, looking for hair from the murderer and fingerprints is very important. Besides, the victim’s body autopsy can reveal a lot of things about his death. In murder trials, what lawyers usually do is to expose all the evidence, giving correct explanations about the place they were found in and describing again the crime scene, maybe by making a reconstruction of it. And then it comes when forensic doctors tell all about the victim’s autopsy, how it was found and most importantly, the cause of the death.

When politicians and industrial backround persons involved or an hand in this murder there could be no serious 'go further' in this case.If Police takes partisan investigation then certainly there could be a dannger of chain of crimes.Therfore police should go in deep in to the conspiracy theory and bring those involved either from political backround persons or otherway around.Police also must see that this case must go on merit and see law will take it's own course.Any way Police actions in this matter appriciated for the timebeing
