Mangaluru: Body of accused in fake medical certificate scam found, suicide suspected

Mangaluru, Jun 21: The mortal remains of pharmacist of railway health centre, Vijayan V A, was found on a railway track near Thokottu on Monday, June 20. It is suspected that he must have killed himself by jumping from a running train.

The deceased is one of the accused in the fake medical certificate scam that is alleged to have taken place at the health unit near Central Railway station in the city, which was unearthed recently. The railway and Ullal police visited the spot and undertook investigation.


Vijayan V A

Anti-corruption squad of Bengaluru CBI had arrested three people including Vijayan recently. More than 1,500 fake medical certificates were allegedly given by this team, which includes assistant chief medical superintendent, in the past one year.

Generally, the railway vigilance squad investigates such accusations against railway officials. However, in this case CBI intervened due to the seriousness of the crime.

    These type of scams are very common with government officials in all departments, even private doctors, unless otherwise the proccess is overlooked by a reputed organization which has their panel doctors!! There are private doctors in Mumbai who give fake medical bills on payment of 25% commission of the bill amount for claiming company medical benefits!! Recently, I had to take a countersign of a gazetted officer on my application for change of address in Aadhar card; he was operating through an agent who got the job done within 10 minutes without the need to meet the officer personally just with a lease agreement Xerox copy on payment of 200 bucks to the agent! Lots of people were in the Q getting their jobs done without any trouble!! I was shocked!!!

    Suicide is not good. Why die early and go for Divine permanent judgement ? Sit in prison, repent, do the meditations for change of heart, come out and start a new life... Spiritually, Why to avoid suicide... Most think death / suicide is the end of story! But it is the begining of everlasting life either in heaven, purgatory or hell! As human body is made of three parts, the body the box, a eternal soul, which animates physical body with emotions, intelligence, reasoning... and the third part is the spirit body or the breath of God. So kill self one is killing God spirit within oneself also. Then the Soul body goes for judgement before God! As it finishes temporary life here on earth. Mostly they land into hell if no one prays for their souls. So not at all good idea to kill self. //// Best way of overcoming guilts, negative dejections spirits, inner hurts apart from medication, praying focussed long prayers daily. Not only it diverts one's mind but Divine sent angels come assist to overcome evil spirits who have gone before similar way may be suicide or addictions or sinful pride, lust, anger, greed, hatred or jealousy or other common human weaknesses. As these bad spirits cannot be bound by golden, iron or diamond chains but only spiritual prayer chain would help such as 3 or 4 mystery Rosary. As Holy Scripture says An Angel came down from heaven with a key and a great chain and seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil (evil spirits) bound and threw him into the abyss, locked it, and sealed it, so that he could not deceive the nations. So these long prayers will help the angel to bind these unwanted guilt, rejection, dejection, anxiety and other human weakness jspirits so people can live peacefully with much hope, love and joy.

    India is getting ready to be renamed as Fekistan. Fake Doctors, medicines, degrees, certificates, pilots and so on. Some may even claim India is not alone.

    hope the cbi team has got all details from this person about the scam...all govt depts are reeking of corruption of the highest order...these people were taking porters and vendors for ride...good riddance.
