Puttur, Jun 21: Fight ensued over the issue of buying and selling of calf. Two got admitted to the hospital due to the injuries that were sustained during the brawl.
It is accused that Rizwan abused the caste and assaulted Aryapu gram panchayat member Ashok Naik and Ajit Rai Kuriya.
Rizwan had sold a calf to Ajit saying that it is three months old. However, Ajit says that the calf is just a month old. Ajit asked Rizwan to take the calf back. Infuriated over the accusation, Rizwan beat Ajit as well as Ashok Naik as per the allegations made by the injured.
