Kundapur: Encroached road repaired, opened for public at Hattiangadi

Kundapur, Jun 21: Hattiangadi gram panchayat developed the old connecting road that goes to Mahavishnu Temple of Thotabailu of Kanyana village from Thotabailu and Ganigarakeri.

More than 35 houses are there in Thotabailu and Ganigara Keri. They come to the main road through this road. This is the main road that goes to Thotabailu from Mahavishnu temple. It was encroached earlier. Last year, the encroachment was cleared by the revenue department and made open to public.

Panchayat constructed drainage along the road. In future the road will developed into concrete road. An appeal in this regards is sent to local MLA.

Gram panchayat president Amritha Bhandary, vice president Pratap Shetty, members Rajiv Shetty, Vittal Shetty, Lilavati Ganiga, SI of Kandloor police station Niranjan Gowda, development officer Manjunatha, members Santhosh Shetty, revenue inspector Raghavendra and village accountant Dheeraj were present.
