Dear Richard, I am sorry, I still did not understand. Are Arogya Suraksha cards only for other communities and not for Konkani speaking people?

Health card is a a very good inititative. Yes,it needs to be made available to all people..this is just a start. Glad to see the such initiatives. Also Father Muller's hospital's health card is a good initiative. It is time for all hospitals to join forces for a ethical business model and welfare of the society. Let money and greed not over come charity and high moral values that builds credibility of institutions and hospitals..so far so good.

While I do appreciate the usefulness of this health card, why only Konkani speaking people? Should it not be given to everyone who deserves/needs it?
