His accomplishments have been made possible by the unwavering support and guidance of his incredible coaches.

At the age of 5, Aaron became interested in chess and was trained at Derik's Chess School in Mangaluru. His first coaches were Prasanna Rao and Derik Pinto.

Aaron is coached by Grand Master Stany G A of Shivamogga and Fide Master Aravind Shastry, a top chess coach from Bangaluru, who has helped him improve his calculation skills, endgame skills, and positional and tactical understanding.

Another mentor, Hermon Saldanha has selflessly trained Aaron and made him learn from each game. Fide Master Sharan Rao and Fide Master Jubin Jimmy were instrumental in his growth.

His coach Fide Master Gahan M G has taught him to meticulously evaluate every move and get a better grasp of opening principles.

For Aaron to be successful in the World School Chess Championship, his coach, G M Swayam has spent sleepless nights guiding, training, strategizing, and preparing him throughout the tournament.

Chess is a game that requires a lot of concentration and patience. Dr Vinaya Poornima, KMC, Mangaluru, a yoga guru who teaches Aaron to be calm, is a prominent person in Aaron's chess journey. K V Suryanarayan also guided Aaron through his motivational lessons.

Aaron's personal dedication and hard work, combined with excellent chess coaching from his mentors, have helped him to achieve this feat and be the highest CFC rated Canadian chess player in his age category.
