It's Comedy Time in UAE as Kapikad Troupe Arrives

Dubai, Mar 24: The much-awaited ‘Cha Parka’ team led by Devdas Kapikad, which intends to give its best through two Tulu drama performance scheduled for Friday March 25,  landed in Dubai. These plays will be staged at the Indian High School (Shaikh Rashid Auditorium) starting from 3 pm on Friday.

Both these plays have already been hailed as something new as well as hilarious to the hilt, by Tulu drama lovers in Mangalore and elsewhere. 

Devdas Kapikad has the ability to bring up entirely new settings and ideas in each of his dramas, and the dramas proposed to be presented in Dubai will be no different.  The first drama named ‘Badkud Orinda’ will start at 3 pm.  It will be followed by ‘Gopala Ee Parbala’ at 7 pm sharp.


It is learnt that the drama troupe will fly back to Mangalore on the same night. Therefore, everyone is requested to be on time at the venue for a prompt start.  With record-breaking attendances for all his dramas, Devdas Kapikad expects a full house in Dubai too.  He said that his seasoned artistes were happy to be back in Dubai for giving another memorable performance, and entertain every drama lover.

Blessed with gifted artistes, who have the ability to tickle your ribs without warning, one can surely expect roars of laughter and fun-filled dialogues during the staging of the two dramas before the Dubai audience, which promise to regale the Tulu-loving audience of the UAE.  With Devdas Kapikad at the helm, you can surely expect Tulu comedy to flourish in style.
