Udupi: Scooter rider falls in pothole, dies

Udupi, Jul 10: A scooter rider fell into the pothole and lost his life at Sadhana Compound of Bommarabettu village in Hebri.

Sharath Shetty (55) was going back to his home after finishing his day’s work. He fell into the pothole as it was filled with rain water. A seriously injured Sharath was taken to Manipal hospital but he died on the way.

A case in this connection is registered in Hiriyadka police station.

    Few days back MP Nalin Kumar Kateel was talking about development after BJP came into power. The development is 40% commission and nothing else. Sad to hear about the loss. May his soul rest in peace.

    RIP... Anna... unfortunately this is the result when we support our elected representatives and the administration with our misplaced priorities. Now where are all those Heros who were protesting on all nonsense issues. ...when real issues are ignored. This is the model of double engine growth and sabke saath sabka Vikas.....and vikas is seen everywhere on roads and villages since last few days rains.....!!!!
