Mangalore: MBBS Gold Medal – Another Feather in Dr Salma Suhana’s Cap

Mangalore, Mar 30: Dr Salma Suhana, studying in Fr Muller Medical College here, has bagged gold medal in MBBS degree examinations conducted by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, in the subject of pathology. She scored highest marks in pathology subject in the examinations conducted during 2008.

Laurels are not new to Dr Salma. She was adjudged the ‘Best Outgoing Doctor’ gold medal from the college. She is scheduled to be honoured by chancellor of the university and state Governor, H R Bhardwaj, at a function being held at Bangalore on Wednesday March 30.

She is the daughter of Khalid Tannirbavi and Nafisa. Khalid works for New Mangalore Port Trust.

Also, 12 students of Father Muller Medical College have brought laureals to the institutions by clearing the All India PG Entrance examinations 2011 with flying colours.
