Mangaluru: Absconding accused arrested after nine years

Mangaluru, Jul 23: An accused in the case pertaining to 2013, who was absconding since then, is arrested by Bajpe police on July 21 from Kaup.

A case was registered in March 2013 at Bajpe police station accusing Hasanabba alias Naushad and Azaruddin of outraging the modesty of a woman by pulling her chudidar shawl. The accused further threatened the woman with life if she does not withdraw the case filed.

Both the accused got bail from the court. However, Hasanabba went missing and did not attend inquiry for nine years.

The Bajpe police team led by Prakash, got tip off that Naushad had changed his address and was living at Kaup of Udupi district. They arrested him and produced to the court. The court sent Naushad to judicial custody.

    real kujuma kodial ,kaki may forget ,but computer never forgets the facts.Since in India there is no one is admitting their address when gone elsewhere ,or come to new place ,not possible to trace one.Here we have to do it when leaving and new address .One thing is sure.One who does wrong have to pay for it one day or other.Never try to runaway from the facts.
