The Banker Middle East Product Awards, instituted by CPI Financials, recognise banks and financial institutions that are shaping the future of finance in the Middle East and North Africa. The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) award, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and ruler of Dubai, recognises organisations in the UAE for achieving service excellence under various categories.
