Mangaluru, Aug 7: A case is filed in Ullal police station against the owner and staff of a spectacles shop at Mastikatte for keeping it open during night prohibitory hours and also obstructing the policemen from discharging their duty.

PSI Revana Siddappa and staff were on patrol at around 6.15 pm on August 4 near Mastikatte in Ullal. They saw that a spectacle shop was open and business was in progress.
