Mangalore, Apr 9:
Voting should be made mandatory so as to do away with bribery and propaganda by politicians during election time, said Lokayuta Santosh Hegde while speaking at an interaction programme at SDM College of Business Management here on Saturday April 9.

Money plays a prominent role in elections, and is the root cause of many problems, thus in order to lessen the impact of money in elections, people should vote in large numbers. Voting is one's right, but it should also become one's duty. A minimum of 90 percent voter turnout would result in the sustainability of the true meaning of democracy, he said.

He urged the people to go beyond individual preferences and vote for the betterment of the society. He called for a system that would allow the voters to take action against non-performing representatives.

He observed that the present growth of GDP which the government is showing is the GDP of billionaires, and not of the poor.

He further said that politics and bureaucracy were 'conjoined twins,' and added that political representatives should not be given the power to transfer officers.

On Jan Lokpal bill, he said that it aims to not only eradicate corruption but also to control maladministration, and even the judiciary will have to be on its toes, he said.

Who Is the Real Mahatma & Father of the Nation?
Anna Hazare's fast was sponsored by C.I.A.-RAW, was meant to keep India 'Gandhian' because of recent disclosure of M. K. Gandhi, a lifelong British agent, being homosexual and writing to the white man 'How completely you have taken possession of my body. It is slavery with a vengeance' and to divert attention from what is said by the greatest living Indian, keep India a beggar and slave, keep India from building thousands of nuclear-armed missiles to destroy the United States to end its slavery and maintain white rule over India. I am India's expert in strategic defence, the father of India's strategic program including the Integrated Guided Missile Development Program and the world's greatest scientist see my blog titled 'Nuclear Supremacy for India Over U.S.' which can be found by a Yahoo/Google search with the title. Within this blog, look for 'How India's Economy Can Grow 30% Per Year Or More' and 'What You Should Know About RAW'.

I am very happy that most honest person in Karnataka is one of the five members to draft Lokpal Bill. Really this reward for his impartiality and honesty. We need people like Mr. Santhosh Hegde in Politics as Chief Minister. I hope this Lokpal bill will put most of the corrupt ministers into jail. The pains taken by noble Anna Hazare will not go in vain. Safrons like Baba Ramdev should not be allowed to poke thir nose in Lokpal. These guys are Foxes with Goats mask. Ramdev wanted him to be a member of commitee. Now he has commented about two members Bhushan from one family in commitee. These type of people who are spoiling India for their personal benefits. Ramdev income has to be assesed 1st.

Dear Sir, Kudos for the sterling work you are doing to eradicate corruption but I have a humble request to you.
PLease educate the common man on the power of 49-0 of our constitution which is about NO VOTE to all on the ballot paper as they do not meet the expectations of the voter- this way the parties will ensure only honest capable persons are voted to represent them- not the crooks, scoundrels, scamsters etc that we are now getting because of their money power.
