Mangalore, Apr 10: The Bunder police here have arrested a man accused of conning people by collecting cash and passport from them with the assurance of providing visa.

The accused has been identified as Henry Dantis who basically hails from Kadandale and was presently residing in Mumbai.

Henry was arrested by the police after they received a complaint lodged against him by Santhosh Tony D’Souza(27) of Mary Hill and others.

On information of obtaining student visa of Singapore Santhosh met Henry and handed over his passport and Rs 90,000 nine months ago.  Santhosh has neither received his visa yet nor is Henry ready to return his passport, stated Santhosh in the complaint registered to the police.

Santhosh further said that whenever he requested Henry to atleast return his passport he demanded him more money and even threatened to take away his life.

It is accused that, along with him Henry has also cheated many others including Naveen D’Souza(Rs 75,000), Arun John D’Souza(1,80,000), Santhosh Kodda(60,000) and Valerian Alfred D’Souza(60,000) with the similar assurance of providing visa. Even many nursing students have fallen prey to his deceitful words. Police are further investigating on the matter.

(contd) Anyone can speak words that tend to rob another of the spirit. Special is the individual who will take the time to encourage another. Don't be faultfinding. If a mirror is dusty, you need a duster to clean it. But if your eyes have a cataract, any amount of dusting will not help. So first you have to remove the cataract. Then you can see that the mirror is already clean. Also, our attitude that our way is the best way, our logic is the perfect logic, and those who do not conform to our thinking must be criticized and steered to the right direction, our direction denies the existence of individuality. Remember that God has created each one of us in a unique way. No two human beings can think or act in exactly the same way. Mind your own business and you will have your peace. In short- do not interfere in others' business.
Mr Nagesh, you are lacking PEACE. I will pray for You.I f you find difficulty in understanding the meaning, please ask someone who can explain it to you.
“We are all inclined to judge ourselves by our ideals others, by their acts.”

To Mr. Nagesh Nayak. Please change your approach and attitude. See if you can stop criticizing others and situations. Our cultural conditioning teaches us to find flaws and problems at all times. Shift from faultfinding to appreciation finding. Give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. Mother Teresa rightly said that " IF YOU START JUDGING PEOPLE YOU WILL BE HAVING NO TIME TO LOVE THEM ". We love pointing fingers at other people’s sins. It’s really easy to spot other people’s sins- really easy. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? -MT 7:3 How can you say to your brother, `Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” Instead of criticizing someone let us be encouraging. There is power of life and death in our tongue. An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day. A destructive word to someone who is down can be what it takes to kill him or her. Be careful of what you say.Speak life to those who cross your path. The power of words... it is sometimes hard to understand that an encouraging word can go such a long way.

Dear Mr. Nagesh Nayak Bangalore, what is the difference between you and Henry Dantis?

MR. HENRY DANTIS IS A DECEIVER OF SOME PEOPLE AND YOU ARE A GENERAL HATER OF CHRISTIANS.

Taste the faith of Jesus Christ and you will never be the same person as of now.

Common accept the faith of Jesus Christ, once accepted you will begin to stop hating.

You can become Paul Nagesh Nayak from Saul Nagesh Nayak.

This is out of my free will and love. No money, no rice bag, forget any incentives.

You will be enormously rich spiritually in the incentives/blessings of Jesus Christ.

You will love everybody including your own neighbor.

You will pray well in the Spirit of God. Not in the evil spirit.

You will worship the true God and will stop worshiping laxmi/money.

According to me, you are my brother.

I love you Mr. Nagesh Nayak why do you hate me?

    Jesus said:

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.

I really fail to understand why and how anyone could pay so much money to just an individual as advance without any concrete proof of getting a visa. Even the people who trust him blindly are to be blamed. Giving someone a token amount as advance is justified but giving someone huge amounts of money without getting the actual visa is rediculous.

Yes we say in spite of several incidence people will be trapped by this type of Cheaters. Coz, now the young generation every one wants to settle down fast in this competitive high standard society. It become very difficult for an ordinary person to survive in this corrupt & cunning society.
We need several changes in our constitution to tighten our Law & order. But the present Politicians not ready for any change in constitution. Coz,they take maximum advantage of it.

Now a days it's become difficult to trust anyone, please beware of our own people.

Mr.Shahnawaz Kukkikatte, it looks like in dream also you comment on Yeddy & Raja. What a childish comparison. Why can't you help Henry Dantis to come out on bail, hope you will get a Singapore visa for you?

I agree with Bobby and Santhosh except regarding hanging. He has been in the business of cheating ever since I met him in Bombay more than 25 years ago and he has been threatening people. Even I am a victim but have no proof and with great difficulty I could get my passport returned. I wish there is some checklist to confirm the credentials of travel agents & consultants so that people are not cheated by crooks like Henry.

Mind you, he has his own connections with goons and has regular parties with them in bars. He has some political connections too but I am not sure to what level. At Mira Road in suburban Mumbai, he knows he can do as he wishes and thereby coning mostly Mangaloreans not aware of his misdeeds. See that he is booked and does not go like others scotfree.

Therefore we, all of us, need to spread the word. If our eyes, minds and hearts were open, just imagine the impact it would have on society if others just took it to see what it's all about. I think it would definitely have a positive impact on our declining society and just might propel those caught up in the system to keep climbing out of the spider web.

    Why people are doing crime?

Many reasons can be listed for committing crime such as lack of education, poverty, and peer pressure as societal reasons for committing crime. Social structure plays a major role and forces people to commit crime at times. Most elected officials, government commissions or courts feel that crime is a personal choice and those who choose to commit crime should be punished and be accountable for their behavior.
This reasoning would hold true if the root cause and effect of crime was addressed and corrected and only those who commit crimes were indeed, committing crimes because of their personal choice. However, that's not the case in today's society. With all the breakthroughs in science and technology today, we still have yet to determine how to reduce crime. Perhaps we have determined the cause but we have neglected to address it. Nevertheless, those who wish to prevent crime before it occurs cannot ignore the fact that the majority of the people filling our prisons come from impoverished backgrounds and lack a formal education.
Realistically speaking, if we really want to make a positive impact and right the wrong, then more people need to educate themselves to this problem, see the causes and fix it. More people need to be aware of the human beings we have behind prison walls. More people need to realize that there really is a solution. It may take longer than ever to fix, but eventually, it can be fixed. Continued.....

Dear friends I personaly suggest you keep away from private agent for visa purpose. First of all they don't have any knowledge about visa process. They only know to do fraud. They just waste your time and money. Most of the these kind of agents chaarge huge amounts to get you a quick visa by using fake documents and fraudulent measures.
Every agent must have certificate issued by the ministry of labour and the authentication Logo issued by International Air Transport Association. Do get receipts for your payments. Read all the documents you are asked to sign. Do not agree if the agent suggests that you submit fake documents. Save yourself from fake agent.
